Overview
Ephemera is a surrealistic visual novel about the seasons and holidays set in the fictional town of Peripa, beginning in the middle of June. It opens up with a blackout in the Seasonal Factory, the weather-changing business eventually handed down to the protagonist heirs.
Elements
Ephemera consists of two protagonists, a male and a female. They can both be renamed to make it more fitting for you. For each protagonist there are four different love interests to pursue, so there are eight in total. There's a bonus route unlocked after you obtain the true endings of all love interests, which digs deeper into the analysis of events with certain characters and links seemingly unconnected stories.
